The present Bail Application is filed on medical grounds of the Applicant. The matter was mentioned in the morning session and Ms.Malhotra, learned APP, was requested to call for a report from the Mumbai Central Prison, Arthur Road Prison.

When the matter is called out in the afternoon session, a report was tendered on record. The report records 16th October 2025

Prasad Rajput (P.A.) 502-BA4056-2025.doc that the Applicant was admitted as indoor patient to the Sir J.J. Hospital on 22nd August, 2025. He remained admitted as an indoor patient since 22nd August, 2025 at Sir J.J. Hospital. The Medical Superintendent, Mumbai Central Prison has also sought the current health status and the medical report of the Applicant from the Sir J.J. Hospital, and the same is awaited. 4.

In these circumstances, the authorities of Sir J.J. Hospital are directed to furnish a report regarding the current health status of the Applicant within a period of eight days from the date on which the present order is sent to them. 5.

Ms.Malhotra, learned APP, is requested to forward a copy of this order to the authorities of Sir J.J. Hospital for compliance.

Permission to seek circulation before the Vacation Bench is granted.
