After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the Respondent No.2 returnable on 1st December 2025. 4.

Learned counsel for the Applicant shall supply spare copy of the amended Bail Application in the Registry for issuance to notice to the Respondent No.2.

Additionally, learned counsel for the Applicant shall supply spare copy of the amended Bail Application to the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer shall serve the Respondent No.2 and convey her the next date of hearing. He shall also ascertain as to whether the Respondent No.2 requires any legal aid.

A copy of the amended Application be served on the learned APP.
