Upon a prima facie consideration of the material on record, a co-ordinate bench of this Court, vide its dated 8th July 2025 was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, hence, the Applicant sought leave to withdraw the said application. The Application was thus disposed as withdrawn. 2.

Yet within a period of three months, the Applicant has filed the present bail application. After advancing arguments for some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, especially in view of the order dated 8th July 2025, Ms. Zehra Charania, learned counsel appearing for the 10th November 2025

11-BA-4114-2025.DOC Applicant, sought liberty to withdraw the bail application. Permission is granted. The Bail Application is disposed as withdrawn.

Ms. Charania, learned counsel, on instructions, states that the order dated 8th July 2025 was passed at the stage of remand when she had no access to the documents of prosecution. Hence, the Applicant is at liberty file a fresh bail application in case of any change in circumstances before the Trial Court concerned.

At this stage, Ms. Charania, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that she has sought liberty to make a fresh bail application before the Trial Court concerned as the Trial Court has not noticed Order dated 8th July 2025 and the fact that the said order was passed at the time when the Applicant had no access to the documents filed along with the charge sheet.
