Mr. Veer Kankaria, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, has brought to my attention a report dated 19th September 2025 of Sarvajanik Arogya Vibhag, Maharashtra Shasan & Krsnaa Diagnostic Limited, which indicates that the the 'Gall bladder of the Applicant is well distended with normal wall thickness'. However, he submits that the
Applicant's gall bladder has already been removed during the liver transplantation. He also submits that there are certain specialized tests, which need to be conducted in respect of the Applicant to arrive at a correct diagnosis. The said tests are not available in the Government Hospitals including Sir JJ Group of Hospital.

Mr. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP representing the State, is requested to call for report from Sir JJ Group of Hospital in this regard on or before the next date. 4.
Investigating Officer to ensure that the next date of hearing is communicated to the Respondent No.2. 5.
Ms. Kanchan Pawar (Mob. No.98199 82466), learned Advocate, is appointed to espouse the cause of the Respondent No.2, as the Respondent No.2 has requested for legal aid.

Learned counsel for the Applicant shall supply a spare copy of the Bail Application along with annexures to Ms. Kanchan Pawar, today itself, during the course of the day. 7.
