By order dated 13th November, 2025, Ms. Bhosale, learned APP, was directed to call for a report from Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals regarding health status of the Applicant. Today, she has placed on record report dated 17th November, 2025 with a covering letter dated 17th November, 2025. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification purpose.

I have gone through said report which indicates that presently the Applicant is admitted in the Sir J.J. Group 18th November 2025

Prasad Rajput (P.A.) 62-BA-4159-2025.DOC of Hospitals and the Hospital authorities planned to discharge him within one or two days. However, they have recommended that he undergo certain tests namely i) Liver function test with Alkaline Phosphatase ii) Magnetic resonance Cholangiopancreatography and iii) Tacrolimus trough levels at Nair Hospital.

In view of the recommendation / advice of the Medical Superintedent of the Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, the Applicant be sent to Nair Hospital for the aforesaid tests as recommended, within a period of eight days from today. The report be called and placed before the Court. 4.

Stand over to 10th December, 2025.

Learned counsel for the Applicant to serve a copy of the Bail Application on Ms. Kanchan Pawar before the next adjourned date.
