Learned counsel for the Applicant is directed to supply a spare copy of the Application to the Registry to facilitate issuance of notice to the Respondent No. 2.

The Investigating Officer is also directed to serve Respondent No. 2 with a copy of the present Bail Application alongwith its annexures and ascertain from Respondent No. 2 as to whether she requires legal aid from the Legal Aid Services of the Court. For that purpose, learned Counsel for the Applicant is directed to supply a copy of the Bail Application alongwith its annexures to the Investigating Officer as well.
