Learned counsel for the Applicant is directed to supply a spare copy of the Application with annexures to the Registry to facilitate issuance of notice to the Respondent No. 2. 4.

The Investigating Officer is also directed to serve Respondent No. 2 with a copy of the present Bail Application alongwith its annexures and ascertain from Respondent No. 2 as to whether she requires legal aid from the Legal Aid Services of the Court. For that purpose, learned Counsel for the Applicant is directed to supply a copy of the Bail Application alongwith its annexures to the Investigating Officer as well.
