The Applicant seeks his release on bail in connection with C.R.No.216 of 2024 registered on 24th February 2024 registered with the Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 22(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 ('NDPS Act').

The Applicant was arrested on 28th February 2024. Thus, he has suffered incarceration for a period of 1 year and 9 months but till date, even the C.A. Report was not procured from the concerned Forensic Science Laboratory ('FSL'). The FSL concerned is directed to submit its report within 15 days from today.
