After advancing some arguments in the matter, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Mr. Umar Kazi, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. Permission to withdraw is granted. 2.
There is an order dated 1st February 2024 passed by this Court requesting the Trial Court to conclude the trial in 11th November 2025
6-BA-4178-2025.DOC Sessions Case No.301 of 2022 arising out of C.R.No.179 of 2022, within a period of one year from the date of communication of the said order.

Mr. Kazi, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, submitted that the charges were framed, however, till date, not a single witness has been examined by the prosecution. 4.
Mr. Yogesh Dabke, learned APP representing the State in the matter, on instructions, states that the prosecution intends to examine only 10-12 witnesses in the said criminal case. 5.
Considering the statement made by Mr. Dabke, learned APP, the Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within 6 months from the date on which this order is presented before it.
