Leave to amend to implead the Complainant and victim as Respondent Nos.2 and 3 is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. After amendment is carried out, issue notice to newly added Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, returnable on 4th December 2025.

The Applicant is directed to provide a copy of the Application with annexures to the Registry to facilitate issuance of service. The Investigating Officer is also directed 12th November 2025

For that purpose, the Applicant will furnish another copy to the Investigating Officer for effecting service. The Investigating Officer will also ascertain whether Respondent No.2 requires legal representation from the Legal Aid Centre to espouse her cause.
