Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was never produced before the Trial Court though he is behind bars for more than three years. In some matters, this Court has noticed that though the applicants are behind bars, they have not been produced before the Trial Court.

The Superintendent of Yerwada Central Prison shall remain present before this Court on 18th February 2026 at 11.00 am with all the information regarding how many accused are not produced before the Trial Court since last six months either through VC or personally.
