In the morning session, the present matter was mentioned as there was urgency, inasmuch as the Court was told that the Applicant is required to appear for examinations commencing from 13th November, 2025 to 28th November, 2025. The Applicants were desirous of appearing for the remaining papers and hence sought temporary bail urgently. 2.

Considering the urgency mentioned, the matter was listed on the Production Board this very afternoon. However, when the matter was taken on Production Board in the afternoon session, Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the 19th November 2025
