Perused the records with the assistance of Mr. Prasanna Malshe, learned APP for the State. Allegations in the complaint pertain to the Applicant having sexually assaulted the victim on the promise to marry her. Victim is not joined as a party to the present Bail Application. Mr. Prasanna Malshe, submits that the presence of victim is necessary in the present Bail Application. In view of the same Applicant is granted leave to amend the cause title by arraying victim as Respondent No.2. Amendment be carried out within seven days from today.
