Learned Counsel for both sides are heard substantially. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant sought to convince this Court on merit of the case that the Applicant is entitle for bail. Apart from the merit, she submits that since the Applicant is in jail for over a period of four years, on long incarceration he be released from bail.

Learned APP opposes the said prayer on the ground that offence charge is of murder and previous bail application has been rejected by this Court on merit.

Since the earlier application is rejected by this Court on merit, it does not open for this Court to reconsider the merits of the case. As far as the grievance with regard to the long incarceration is concerned, the Learned Trial Court can be 27th March, 2026
