By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" for short), the Applicant is before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 103 of 2025 registered with Nashik Road Police Station, Nashik City for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 4/25 of the Indian Arms Act, 1959 and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.

Mr. Amit Pradhan, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the Gitalaxmi

Mrs. Shilpa Talhar, learned A.P.P. does not object for grant of the request made by Mr. Amit Pradhan, learned Advocate for the Applicant.

Applicant is always at liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in the event of change of circumstance. If such Application is filed by the Applicant before the Trial Court on the ground of change of circumstance, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
