By the present application the Applicant is seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No.677 of 2021 registered with the Kondhwa Police Station, Pune. Said crime in registered a Sessions Case No.698 of 2024 and pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune.

Mr. Samay Pawar, learned Advocate, for the Applicant, tenders a copy of the order dated 27th March, 2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal No.1454 of 2025, same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The order dated 27th March, 2025 reads as follows:- 1.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, at this stage, we
are not inclined to consider the special leave petition for grant of bail.

Accordingly, the special leave petition is dismissed. 3.
However, we direct the Trial Court shall frame charge within one month from today and the trial be concluded within one year thereafter. Parties to cooperate with the trial. 4.
In case the trial is not concluded within the specified period, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the High Court.

Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of. 3.
Mr. Dinesh J. Haldankar, APP for Respondent/State submits that the order dated 7th October, 2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune on Exhibit-15 on the file of Sessions Case No.698 of 2024, does not indicate the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune being made aware of the order dated 27th March, 2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal No.1454 of 2025. 4.
Faced with the above said situation, Mr. Samay Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant submits that the order dated 27th March 2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal No.1454 of 2025 will be placed on the file of Sessions Case No.698 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from today and the same will be brought to the notice of the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. Statement is accepted.

Mr. Samay Pawar, again on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application No.4244 of 2025 with liberty to file afresh Bail Application in terms of the liberty granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal No.1454 of 2025 .

Mr. Dinesh J. Haldankar, APP for Respondent/State does not object to the Applicant withdrawing the present Bail Application. 7.
Criminal Bail Application No.4244 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
