He further submits that PW-1/the victim of the crime is already in the box and the case is posted for cross-examination on 19th June, 2026. 2) In view thereof, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after one year if the prosecution fails to examine the material witnesses within the said period. 3) Leave to withdraw, is granted.

4) Application stands disposed of as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
