During the course of the hearing, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2-Informant raises point of maintainability of the Application before this Court in view of the fact that the Applicant had filed an application for bail before the Magistrate, which came to be rejected on 23rd April 2025. This order was challenged before the Sessions Court unsuccessfully and the Sessions Court by order dated 14th July 2025 rejected the said challenge. 2.

It is thereafter the Applicant moved another application before the Magistrate. This Application came to be rejected by the Magistrate. Instead of challenging the said order of rejection, the Applicant chooses to file the present Application taking exception to the order dated 14th July 2025 passed by the Sessions Court. 7th April, 2026.

Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks time to respond to the said submission.
