This is second bail application.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that in spite of order passed by this Court on 3rd October 2024 in Bail Application No. 3103 of 2023, trial is not expedited and till date it is not concluded. It is his apprehension that 22 witnesses were listed and as of now only 7 witnesses are examined till date, the trial will not get over within a reasonable time. 3.

Learned APP, on instructions, makes statement that only two witnesses are left to be examined before the Trial Court and one of them would lead his evidence today before the Trial 29th April, 2026

15-BA-4264-2025.ODT Court. He makes further statement that trial would get over within a period of a month. The statement is accepted. 4.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the application to pass any further order. Hence, following order :-

ORDER

i) Bail Application No. 4264 of 2025 stands dismissed.
