After hearing the matter for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Mr. Amit Icham, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application, in case, the trial does not progress substantially in a foreseeable future. 20th November 2025

The aforesaid liberty is granted to him since this is the 2nd Bail Application made by the Applicant and by order dated 11th December 2024, this Court had already granted him liberty to move afresh before the Trial Court, if there was no progress in the trial within 9 months. Nine months have elapsed and the charges are also framed.

In these circumstances, the present Bail Application is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. 4.
