Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that Applicant's have the valid pass-port and visa. 3.

It is contention of the learned APP that in spite of notice to the Applicant's those documents are not produced in the Police Station. 4.

Considering the submission of the learned APP, the learned counsel for the Applicant's shall give the documents to the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer shall verify the it and submit the report on the next date of hearing. 5.

Stand over to 25th February 2026.
