Pooja Vijay Jadhav v. State Of Maharashtra
4-BA-4322-2025.DOC Ajit Pathrikar
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION BAIL APPLICATION NO. 4322 OF 2025 Pooja Vijay Jadhav ...Applicant
Versus
State Of Maharashtra
...Respondent
Mr. S. J. Shelke, for the Applicant.
Ms. Megha S. Bajoria, APP for the State-Respondent.
CORAM
Dr. Neela Gokhale, J.
DATED:
24th November 2025 PC:- 1.
The Applicant seeks her release on bail in connection with FIR No. 115 of 2024 dated 31st July 2024 registered with the Kasara Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) and 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, "BNS").
2.
At the very outset, Ms. Megha Bajoria, learned APP, brought to my attention order dated 3rd July 2025, wherein the co-ordinate Bench of this Court, being disinclined to grant relief, had allowed the Applicant to withdraw the bail 24th November 2025
4-BA-4322-2025.DOC application. Accordingly, the Bail Application No. 725 of 2025 was allowed to be withdrawn.
3.
Today, Mr. S. J. Shelke, learned Counsel for the Applicant, fairly concedes that there is no change in circumstances in the matter as on date. In these circumstances, he seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application.
4.
Permission to withdraw is granted.
5.
The present Bail Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
6.
Needless to state that, in case of any change in circumstances, the Applicant is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings, as permissible in law.
