The Applicant is directed to provide a copy of the Application with annexures to the Registry to facilitate issuance of service. The Investigating Officer is also directed to serve a copy of the Application along with annexures on Respondent No.2 and to convey her of the next date of hearing before this Court. For that purpose, the Applicant will furnish another copy to the Investigating Officer for effecting service. The Investigating Officer will also ascertain whether Respondent No.2 requires legal representation from the Legal Aid Centre to espouse her cause.
