This Court had called the report of the Trial Court about progress in the trial. The report of the Trial Court says that five witnesses have been examined and the trial is at fag end. 3.
In view of this, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application after six months before this Court, if trial is not concluded.
