An attempt was made to record hearing of the present matter, being also under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, however, due to network issues in the Courtroom, the same could not be recorded.

Learned counsel for the Applicant shall supply spare copy of the Bail Application in the Registry for issuance to notice to the Respondent No.2.

Additionally, learned counsel for the Applicant shall supply spare copy of the Bail Application to the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer shall serve the Respondent No.2 and convey her the next date of hearing. He shall also ascertain as to whether the Respondent No.2 requires any legal aid.
