After hearing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant the relief, Mr. Khan, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. Permission is granted.

Ms. Tidke, learned APP representing the State, on instructions, states that the charge is framed and the trial has commenced. Three prosecution witness have been examined out of total 21 prosecution witnesses the prosecution intends to examine.

In these circumstances, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and, in any event, conclude the same within a period of one year from the date on which this order is placed before it.

The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
