After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added Respondent No.2 returnable on 5th January 2026.

Learned counsel for the Applicant shall supply spare copy of the Bail Application in the Registry for issuance of notice to the Respondent No.2.

Additionally, learned counsel for the Applicant is directed to give a copy of the Bail Application along with annexures to the Investigating Officer so as to enable him to serve the Respondent No.2 and convey him the next date of hearing.
