Additionally, learned counsel for the Applicant shall supply spare copy of the Bail Application to the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer shall serve the Respondent No.2 and convey her the next date of hearing. He shall also ascertain as to whether the Respondent No.2 requires any legal aid and if it is ascertained that she requires legal aid, Ms. Shaba Khan (Mob.No.97736 56336), learned Advocate, is appointed to represent the Respondent No.2 in the present matter.
