After hearing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant the relief, Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application.

In these circumstances, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.

The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application after one year, if the trial does not progress substantially.
