By this Application, Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.56 of 2025 registered with Wagholi Police Station, District Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC').

It is prosecution's case that the Lodha Committee appointed by the Apex Court prevented to sell the land situated in Gat Nos. 405 and 422 of P.A.C.L. Company. Inspite of the said bar, it is alleged that the Applicant in conspiracy with Accused No.1 sold 30 plots to the First Informant and others.

It is the contention of learned Counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant was the marketer/developer of the said property. He was not aware about the Order of the Hon'ble Apex Court. The Applicant is cheated by Accused No.1 i.e. the alleged land owner of the said property. Being the marketer, the Applicant mediated the sale transaction between Accused No.1, the First Informant and buyers.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that to show bonafide, the Applicant is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.14,06,000/- before the trial Court.
