Learned counsel for Respondent No.2, on instructions, submits that after releasing on bail he will consent for divorce with victim as victim has filed divorce proceedings which are pending before the Family Court. Learned counsel submits that direction be given to the Superintendent of Jail to permit the Applicant to sign on the undertaking. 3.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for Respondent No.2, direction is given to the Superintendent of Yeorawada Central Prison that he shall permit the Applicant to sign on the undertaking. The Victim and her father are present in the Court. They submit that they are
