Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there is no allegation against the present applicant in the First Information Report. He further argues that in fact the first informant Sandeep Singh has given an affidavit to the concerned police station indicating that he has received entire amount. Further, in the said affidavit it is stated that Asiel Oversees, is belonging to Divyesh R. Patel.

It is his submission that there is no evidence to show that the applicant is beneficiary of the crime. It is further submission that 27th March, 2026

8-BA-4635-2025 only for the reason that applicant was an employee of the said company. She cannot be kept in jail by way of pre-trial sentence, since chargesheet has been filed against her. 3.

Learned APP seeks time to point out the evidence against the applicant showing her involvement therein. 4.
