After hearing both the sides and when this Court shown its disinclination to grant any relief, Mr. Birajdar, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application.

Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks liberty to move a fresh bail application before the Sessions Court. Once this Court has shown its disinclination to grant any relief to the Applicant, without change in circumstances he cannot be permitted to move the Sessions Court. Hence, request stands refused. 3.
