Parties were present before the Court today. The victim is a girl, aged 15 years and she claimed to have engaged Mr. Kanojia to represent and espouse her cause. However, considering that the offence alleged is under the provisions of POCSO as well as the IPC, I deem it appropriate to request Ms. Kanchan Pawar (Contact No.98199 82466), learned Advocate from legal-aid, to assist the Court in the present matter.

A copy of the Bail Application be given to Ms. Pawar by Mr. Chaudhary.
