Learned counsel for the Applicant shall supply spare copy of the Bail Application in the Registry for issuance of notice to the Respondent No.3.

Additionally, learned counsel for the Applicant shall supply spare copy of the Bail Application to the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer shall serve the Respondent No.3 and convey her the next date of hearing. He shall also ascertain as to whether the Respondent No.3 requires any legal aid.

If the Respondent No.3 requires legal aid, Ms. Ashwinii Achari (Mob No.70456 90242), Advocate is appointed to represent the Respondent No.3 and espouse the cause of the Respondent No.3.
