After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Mr. S. R. Pille, learned Counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application.

In view of the statements made by Mr. Dabke, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order to the Trial Court.
