Mr. Narayan Bubna, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that there is a typographical error in mentioning the surname of the Applicant in the cause title of the order dated 09 April 2026. He states that the surname of the Applicant is wrongly typed as "Chaudha" in stead of "Chaudhary". 3.

The surname of the Applicant in the cause title of the order dated 09 April 2026 "Chaudha" be substituted with

(NOB-1) BA-4718.25.DOCX "Chaudhary". The rest of the order dated 09 April 2026 is unaltered. The order stands corrected accordingly. 4.

Necessary corrections be carried out in the order dated 09 April 2026 and corrected order be uploaded on the official website.
