While hearing the present application, Ms. Manisha Tidke, learned APP, drew my attention to the provisional 19th December 2025

7-BA-4732-2025.DOC injury certificate issued by the Medical Officer, Central Hospital, Ulhasnagar. The details filled up in the injury certificate are shocking. In the column of nature of injuries, it is written as "waiting". Further, even in the remark column, the only thing recorded is "Adv:- X-ray skull and CT-brain". 3.

The Medical Officer, namely Dr. Trupti Magare of Central Hospital, Ulhasnagar is directed to submit a report indicating the nature of injuries and an explanation as to what the term "waiting" indicates. The report to be filed through the Investigating Officer by Ms. Manisha Tidke by 23rd December 2025.
