After hearing both the sides, and when this Court shown its disinclination to grant any relief, at this stage, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial.

Learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that trial would be concluded within a year. According to him, considering the number of witnesses to be examined, aforesaid time is reasonable.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that in case trial does not get over within a period of one year, liberty may be granted to him to file a fresh bail application. 8th April, 2026.
