After hearing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Ms. Munira Palanpurwala, learned counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after three months, if the charges are not framed.

This is in view of the fact that the Applicant was arrested on 27th September, 2024, and till date charge is not framed.

Permission to withdraw the Bail Application is granted with the aforesaid liberty.
