He seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application as he has a grievance that his lawyer has not incorporated important grounds/averments in the Bail Application and hence, he apprehends that his Bail Application may be rejected. He also has a grievance that his Counsel Mr. Subhash Hulyalkar is not 16th January 2026

In these circumstances, Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP, is requested to inform the Superintendent of Jail of Mumbai Central Prison (Arthur Road Jail) to facilitate the Accused/Applicants to appear before this Court through video conferencing on 5th February 2026.
