After hearing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Mr. Karan Mehta, learned Counsel for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application once the statement of the victim is recorded by the Trial Court.

Since the charge-sheet is already filed, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and in any event, to record the statement of the victim after framing of charges within a period of six months from the date on which a copy of the present order is placed before the Trial Court. 3.

It is made clear that the learned Counsel for the Applicant shall not take any unnecessary or undue adjournments before the Trial Court.

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
