Pursuant to the order dated 24th December 2025, Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP, has placed before this Court a report regarding the health status and medical examination of the present Applicant, conducted by the Board of Directors of the J. J. Hospital. The said report is signed by the four doctors constituting the said Board. The report indicates the clinical findings and the X-ray report of the right leg, followed by the advice of the Board. Physiotherapy, hip strengthening exercise, quadricep strengthening exercise and knee ROM exercises are advised to the applicant.

For the said purpose, the Superintendent of Thane Prison shall ensure that the Applicant is taken to J. J. Hospital for regular physiotherapy and other advisory exercises as suggested by the said Medical Board. The Applicant be taken to the hospital as per the directions of the doctors. 3.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is disposed of as partly allowed.
