Learned counsel for the Applicant shall supply spare copy of the Bail Application in the Registry for issuance of notice to the Respondent No.2.

Additionally, learned counsel for the Applicant shall supply spare copy of the Bail Application to the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer shall serve the Respondent No.2 and convey her the next date of hearing. He shall also ascertain as to whether the Respondent No.2 requires any legal aid.
