A copy of the Interim Application be supplied to learned counsel appearing for the Applicant-Accused and the learned APP representing the State in the matter.

Mr. Thakkar, learned counsel for the Complainant, is also permitted to file an affidavit in reply, if he so desires with an advance copy to the other side.
