It was found that a contrary statement to the facts came to be made in the application, stating that applicant is non- Executive Director of the company. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it was in-advertence on his part to mention so in the application. Irrespective of the said fact, even on merits this Court shows disinclination to grant any relief.
