Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is arrested on 3rd March, 2016. According to him, though chargesheet is framed in the year 2018, not a single witness has been examined by the prosecution. He therefore submits that only on the ground of long incarceration , the Applicant deserves bail.
