Learned counsel for the Applicant to implead the Victim as Respondent No.2. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the Respondents. Ms. Gauri Rao, learned APP, waives notice on behalf of the Respondent-State. She informs the Court that the Victim is present in the Court and has come to the Court from Surat. She seeks legal aid to espouse her cause before the Court.
