Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for Respondent-State.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that, the Applicant is behind bars for more than 9 years and 2 months. The matter is closed for final arguments for almost 20 months. This is very serious when the Applicant is behind bars more than nine years and matter is kept for final arguments for last 20 months. This Court (Coram : R.N. Laddha, J.) by order dated 30th May 2025 had permitted

56-BA-4870-2025.doc N.S.Kamble the Applicant to withdraw the Application with liberty to file fresh Application.

Call report from concerned Judge why the matter is pending for final argument for almost two years. The Applicant is behind bars for more than 9 years and 2 months and why this matter should not be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
