This Court has heard both sides and pass order dated 5th March, 2026 showing inclination to grant bail to the Applicants subject to Applicants deposit a sum of Rs. 4 Lakhs before the Trial Court within a period of a week as per the voluntarily statement made by the Learned Counsel for the Applicants before this Court.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants made statement supported by the receipt indicating depositing of a sum of Rs. 4 Lakhs before the Trial Court. Photocopy of the Receipt is taken on record marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the deposit of the amount, in furtherance to order dated 5th March, 2026 following order :-
ORDER
i) Criminal Bail Application stands allowed in connection with the Crime No. 18/2025 registered with the Nodal Cyber Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 319(2), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 with Sections 66(c) and 66(d) of Information Technology Act.
ii) The Applicants be enlarged on bail, on furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs.30,000/- each with one or two surety in the like amount till the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
iii) Applicants to attend all dates of hearing before the Trail Court unless his presence is exempted by passing specific order.
iv) Any breach of the above condition shall result forthwith in cancellation of bail.

The application is allowed in aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.

All concerned to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.
